ABOUT ME
I am an 80-year-old Personal Exercise Coach who strongly believes “Exercise is Medicine”. My work, lectures and writings reflect this philosophy.
I am the first BALLOONOLOGIST® coach and the creator of the BALLOONOLGY® programs, a new and effective exercise program using balloons.
I am also a practitioner of Total Body Rehabilitation And Functional Movement &
creator of the Balloonology Program a solution for Office Worker’s/Prolonged Sitting Syndrome.
I credit my lifestyle program and Balloonology for still being active and staying healthy. My program addresses the three stages of life. The “Go-Go” stage when done correctly retards the “Slow-Go” stage which keeps in abeyance the “No-Go” stage.

WARNING:
Balloons can burst unexpectedly. Do not use if you are allergic to latex. Please check with your family physician if you have any questions or need any advice. Also, Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once. One should always check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
